Favorite, Recent & Custom Lists

This module is designed for users who manage lists of records. It allows users to tag/star records and display them on Custom or Favorite Lists. It was built to eliminate the need to switch between the filters and allows users to access records from within the Favorite or Custom lists.

Its intuitive design allows to show and list without leaving the current screen. In addition, it allows you to create lists such as “Recently Modified” and has three icons to access each custom list from any screen.

List View Colors

This module, as the name suggests, is designed to color the rows on the list-view. But the highlighting is done on the basis of the condition/filter specified. It is extremely helpful to quickly identify the records that need attention, using predefined color codes. Intuitive Configuration Panel allows users to configure colors for each module and specify text, background and active colors.

This extension is fully customizable and works perfectly with both standard and customized modules. Create all of the custom filters you need to get the information you want in a fraction of the time it would normally take you.

Related List Colors

This module was designed to color the rows on the Related List based on the condition/filter specified. It is extremely helpful to quickly identify the records that needs attention by the predefined color codes. The Intuitive Configuration Panel allows users to configure colors for each module and specify text, background and active colors.

Dynamic Checklists

This feature enables us to assist you in developing checklists for any record & module. It supports multiple checklists per module while giving the ability to attach multiple documents and add comments on EACH checklist item. In addition, each checklist item has its own Status and ‘last touched date’.

It is thoughtfully designed to authorize users to update statuses by just clicking on the checkbox icon (which will update the status), add comments without going to comments module, and attach and view documents from the same view. It also supports workflows which allows email/text notifications setup.

Related & List View Tooltip

This module adds the ability to quickly see detailed information on the List-view or any Related List. As you hover over the fields, the advanced tool-tip will be displayed with pre-configured fields and comments. The tool-tip also supports adding comments, scheduling activities as well as creating opportunities without having to open the record and all of that can be done from within the tool-tip.

An intuitive configuration panel allows us to configure fields to be displayed, limit comments & active fields.

This module permits users to search linked/related records within the primary record.

It is extremely helpful to search related records such as Contacts, Activities/tasks, Email messages, Tickets, Opportunities, Invoices, Quotes, etc… without having to leave the primary record (e.g. Organization). It supports all the standard & custom fields and enables to execute the search as it was on the list view (date ranges, multiple picklist/dropdown selections, Assigned To, etc.).
